The ochre coloured house is well positioned for a relaxing summer holiday yet within easy reach of the shops and restaurants in nearby Arzachena, and only a fifteen minute drive to the stunning beaches on the Costa Smeralda. It is also well placed for exploring the lesser-known but very dramatic northern mountain ranges.

The property is set on two independent levels each with a twin and double bedroom. The upper level of the house is more comfortably furnished and has a separate kitchen and living room as well as shaded terrace and air-conditioning. Downstairs, the kitchen and breakfast bar opens onto the large living room.

Laze around the pool, or eat on the terrace, taking advantage of the far-reaching views over the beautiful Galluran countryside, and after you have ventured out to the coastal towns, return to your own very peaceful retreat!
