This 4 bedroom villa on the Costa Smeralda coast is certainly a contender for most comfortable villa with pool in any of our four destinations. The owner has a real appreciation of style and the furniture and fittings at Nialiccia have both character and great quality. With breathtaking views all around and down the coast, this elegant villa is the perfect retreat, high on its hillside above the activity of the Costa Smeralda yet only 2km from the nearest shops and less than that to a good restaurant. The lush, rambling gardens are edged with natural stone boulders keeping at bay the rugged countryside which surrounds the property. The large balcony steps sweep down onto the lawn area, where the oval shaped pool sparkles enticingly in the sunshine. Nialiccia has four extremely comfortable bedrooms, two double and two twin, each with its own en-suite shower. There is an outside entrance to the two lower rooms, making the house especially suitable for a large family holiday in Sardinia, or those with older ‘children’ who want to be apart. There is even an additional open-plan kitchen/living room downstairs. The spacious first floor living room has a bright open plan dining area. Large glass doors lead out on to the main balcony should you prefer to enjoy your meals out of doors.
