Due to the size of the grounds there is also ample scope for activites and the owners have made every effort to provide things to do – whatever your needs. So there is a large and well equipped swimming pool with a diving board, a tennis court at the back of the villa, a table tennis table, a sumptuous barbecue and terrace area for those long lunches and evening meals, and there are even some bikes for exploring the local area. For the more adventurous, Alghero and the stunning beaches of the north west coast are only 5km away.

The inside of the property is cool and airy and also lovingly cared for with the sun-dappled conservatory the villa’s centrepiece; you’ll find this bouganvillea-draped room warm and inviting whatever the time of day. The kitchen area is small but well equipped and it opens onto a large farmhouse style dining area with a long wooden table.
